Getting a Diploma?

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 2:34 pm

One of the most powerful expressions any

parent will discover is to see their children

walk across the stage to received a high

school diploma. This diploma is the first

success most of our children will have

and many of them will say it was the

hardest thing they had to do.

This is the age where teenagers become

young adults or biologically grown

As an adult it’s time to make more

decisions. Where can I find a job? Where

can I find a place to stay? This carries a

lot of weight.

It is also the next phase of

their success stories. Once our adults reach

this level of success (making money). They

are able to purchase food, clothes, and keep

some form of transportation during their

bi-weekly pay period.

It is amazing after graduation some teens

wants to take on adulthood as if it was

second nature to them. But the road to

maturity is not as easy as it looks.

Yes, the job you found will give you a

check, but the withholdings from your

check says you worked 5 day but they pay

you for four days.

Now that you have your first adult check,

you somehow picturing yourself as having

money in your back pocket. You begin a

lifestyle of spending what’s there. Before

long you understand that a position of that

cash needs to last until the next pay period.

(A course in high school call budgeting could

have help) but you paid not attention to it

.

In the mail you begin to receive credit cards

offers. Blank checks that has your name attach

to it and $500-$1000 if you just sign your

name. You sign it and the company sends you

the cash within a few days. Wow! it really

works and all I have to do is pay the minimum

payment every month by the fifth day of the

each month.

This is the riches you have been

waiting for. It is now overwhelming you that

you go out and spend your money as if there

is no tomorrow and no cause for you to worrier

about paying that monthly payment.

The moral to this story is not to rush into your

adulthood. So fast that the foundation, you

build will help you save more. Instead of

spending all that you each and every pay period.

Getting Older: Part 2

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 7:56 pm
Getting older requires you to stand up,

be an adult while taking on new and

greater responsibilities. Going to College

serve as a good purpose.

College is one way to prepare you for life’s
own endless day. Societies is that mixture

of life, and the Greek letters that do not

mean nothing, until you pledge or cross

those burning sands should stay with you

for life.

Being on time shows character, passing

those tests shows leadership, meeting new

friends for the next few years shows that you

are willing to adapt to all kinds of culture events

on both side of the issues. College still makes you

older, but you seem to enjoy it more after you

settle down. Not everyone looks forward to

attend college. Other plan on having a family

outside of marriage, and then when children

arrives they are raised by a single parent.

Raising children is an awesome task at the

beginning it is enjoyable and then the pride

that motherhood kick in. The little one begins

to grow and move, yet the excitement overwhelm

you. You begin to think more and more about

caring for search a little one. Everyone expect a

healthier child. Yet some children enter into this

world unhealthy and require more help.

Then comes the little things such as crying, feedings,

bathing, clothing, and keeping up with appointments

at the doctors. These events seem to also help you to

get older and tie you into a stressful day or days.

When you final relieves how much of what you do is

stress related you are simple making a contribution

and the level of your stress collection comes from all

walks of life.

A child who is approaching the two’s or three’s years

of age will show signs of stress when he can not get

his favorite toy. Peer pressure for those pre-teen

whom have not fully develop in statue, stress

becomes a factor in their lives, too!

Another form of stress is when our teenagers

hormones kick in and their is nothing else to do

but to think about it everyday. Stress is on.

Getting older requires us to maintain a level of

responsibility, whether we are young or older.

There must be food, shelter, a source of income

achieve each and everyday. Maintaining all of that

can also lead to stress. No matter what your education

status is, many people fell short when it comes to

budgeting their income, food supplies for an entire

week or a month. When you least expect things happen

and our stress level shots for the top making our blood

pressure tilt so high that we loss our ability to think,

and relaxing seem to be out of the question.

Yet, getting older is a fact of life. If you learn from your

short fell, budgeting has a sure way of helping you

mature. At the tender age of nineteen until around age

fifty-five we are in our mature zone. If you do not know

it or experience it between these ages you will forget it,

in the years to come.

Getting Older:

Getting Older:

Jack be nimble. Jack be quick.

Jack jump over the candlestick.

By true definition means that

Jack in his prime of life

(that is his earliest years) is nimble,

Quick and light in movement or

action; Quick-witted and alert and

he is willing to explore almost anything.

In the nursery rhyme Jack is so young

that he can jump over the flame of a

candlestick without it going out.

Today when we see a child crawl the

movement is develop so fast that our

children is trying to walk and stand

all at the same time. These three things

follow us in life, we crawl, we stand

up and we walk again in smaller baby

steps.

Getting older may as well not exhaust

in our life from ages one to eighteen.

Those are our prime years and life is

so much fun that we do not think about

getting older. If it was not for our

birthday marking us as a year older this

stages of our life would be of no concern

to our young people because they do not

look at age as getting older.

The first permanent notes that our

young people recognize is that their

parents are old. Then they meet a family

member who is older, yet that is too old

for them. In this case they preferred

not accepting the term “older,” they

would begin to talk about them in all

shapes, form and matter. Without

thinking that someday they will reach

that age, they shut it out and disrespect

the elderly, but running over them

because they are to slow to allow them

to pass. The energy in our youth is so

nimble they feel that they will never get

to be that old.

By law, on their eighteen birthday

they become adults in our society.

They can not wait to claim adulthood

and do what adults do. Many adventure

off into college, some find a job so they

can move out of their parents homes

who only restrict them to their household

rules. Some find the challenge to great for

them and return home. Another sign that

they are getting older they enjoy staying

with their parents to keep them from being

responsible.

Those that find a good paying job of

40 hours or more per week seem to hit

pay dirt every Friday. Yet they are tried

more often than they parents were who

work for little or almost nothing. Still

maintaining the house, the kids, food

and clothes on each of their backs. Then

young adults spend all of they pay check

on themselves and at the last moments

they realize there are other bills coming

up in a few more days. Crawling back

home to ask their parents for more monies

is a sure sign of getting older.

DAD vs Father?

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 12:18 pm

The first year of a baby’s life,

is shelter and blameless. After

one year that baby take own

a smile of characters that fits

both mom and dad. The mother’s

nourished the child and says that

your “DAD!”

Dad and Mom seem to get along.

All at once dad is no longer in the

picture. Mom has taken over the

job of being both father and mother.

When the child asked where is daddy?

The ask is always “I’m your father

and your mother.” Father’s don’t stand

a chance, to rise their children anymore.

By the time, those children reach the

trouble two’s and three’s, they begin

to rebel. The child is told that you are

just like your dad!

Head start and kindergarten begins

new rules for those children entering

these playful years. The teacher’s send

home a note by the kid to their mother.

Father’s don’t stand a chance, to rise

their children today.

The note requires the parents (both

mom and dad) of the children to attend

a conference with his or her teacher.

The child knows that dad is not around

and mom is to busy with a child on the

way.

Now that support is needed, to raise

this child, argument arises over of

how many President should one

parent get to support their children

and another on the way. Father’s

don’t stand a chance to rise their

children today.

The next few years of a child life

is critical, he or she is exposed to

others in the neighborhoods. From

a joker, to the liar, from crier, to

wetter, from someone who can

spells their name, to does whom

caught.

There will be kids who learn faster

than others, kids who will be better

players than others, each step that

child makes from this day forward

will be determine by action of others

in the neighborhood and not just one

parent.

In a single family home, someone will be

missed. The girl will continue and the boy will

give up or the girl will give up and the boy will

continue on. The missed child thinks on its

own, gets away with things like missing

school “cuz it cool!”

The missing child acts out so, he or she can

leave the establishment walls that have tried

 to educate them.

In so many cases this child lands a job

peaking into the left side of a coming vehicle

who needs a nickel or a dime on the side. All

night and all day the missing child seem to

roam. Where have you been? Out with some

friends! Said the child to his mother.

Father’s don’t stand a chance to rise their

children today, if they are left out of the loop

from conception until they are eighteen.

What is the different between a DAD and a

FATHER? A DAD is only told he is dad when

he is needed. A FATHER knows from

 conception and maintains all responsibilities

for his children even beyond the age of

 eighteen.

A single mother has proven she worthy!

A father and a mother standing toe-toe have

proven overtime that their support is much

 more needed.

A bunch of Bananas!

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 12:07 pm

Walking in a neighborhood store, color

is the first things you notice in the fresh

fruit section. The yellow skin with a

small green tip is a beautiful sign of

freshness. It always come in bunches as

a family they stay together.

Bananas battles, cancer, heart disease,

high blood pressure, kidney stones,

premenstrual syndromes, stroke and give

your energy. It is one of the foods that can

fill you up at the moment you fill hunger.

Bananas are fully carbo-loaded food from

Mother nature’s. They come prepackaged

in a biodegradable wrapper and excellent

choice of finger food. Whether you are a

small baby or an elderly individual the

bananas are very easy to digest.

Build better bones by eating bananas?

Yes, enjoying bananas frequently as part

of your healthy way of eating can help

improve your body’s ability to absorb

calcium.

“Milk is a good source of calcium, add

bananas to your milk gives you more

calcium. That not all, bananas are an

exceptionally rich source of

Fructooligosaccharide, a compound

called prebotic because it nourishes

probiotic (friendly) bacteria in the

colon. These beneficial bacteria

produce vitamins and digestive

enzymes that improve our ability

to absorb nutrients, plus compounds

 that protect us against unfriendly

microorganisms. When

fructooligosaccharides are fermented

by these friendly bacteria, not only do

numbers of probiotic bacteria increase,

but so does the body’s ability to absorb

calcium. In addition, gastrointestinal

transit time is lessened, decreasing the

risk of colon cancer.”

So eating a bunch of bananas all by

yourself, seem to be too much for one

body. However, two or three per day is a

better choice. In the meanwhile bananas are

in your store year round. As bananas ripen,

dark spot appears to cover the entire bananas.

This is the normal and it does not mean the

inside fruit of the bananas are bad.

In a recent contest a donut was stuffed with

a bananas in the middle of it. It was call

” Monkey see, Monkey donut.”

Another slam dunk for bananas!

The premium contributor of this problem is a lack

of Calcium.

So to bring that woman smile back to a beautiful

radiant smile, she need to eat more cheese, milk and

yogurt. Cheese is loaded with calcium. Choosing a
